During the January 20, 2009 Annual Meeting the Pawtucket Foundation released its new policy initiative, Blueprint^Bridge to Prosperity. The initiative frames the Foundation's existing mission and highlights a policy strategy for priority investments in Pawtucket — a key part of the urban, Providence metropolitan region. Amidst the excitement of a new federal urban and metropolitan policy which promises massive infrastructure investments in the near future, our Bridge to Prosperity agenda outlines four strategic pillars which will lead Pawtucket to prosperity:

2. Human Capital
3. Infrastructure
4. Quality Places
